Meet the Panel
Dr Roger Sexton has practised as a procedural rural general practitioner for over 30 years and is currently working as Medical Director of Doctors’ Health SA and NT, as a consultant in executive health. Roger is a past Presiding Member of the Medical Board of SA
Dr Anne Tonkin is Chair of the Medical Board of Australia which is responsible for registration and regulation of all doctors in Australia. She has been involved in medical regulation for more than 10 years and was first appointed to the Medical Board of South Australia in 2009, prior to the National Scheme.
Dr Stephen Parnis is a Consultant Emergency Physician at St Vincent's Hospital, the
Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, and Werribee Mercy Hospital in Melbourne.
He was a recipient of the Cody Scholarship in 1983, and attended Xavier College
from 1983-86. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1992, and
obtained his Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine in
2007.
Tim leads MIGA’s health advocacy, policy and engagement.
